2. Birthe and Deaths.

Sections 10 and 11 of the Births and Deaths Registration Ordinance would enable the Registrar to insert the records kept in the hospital and in the Camp in the registers and this must be done in due course,

3. There is no real doubt that the children of preoccupation residents of Hong Kong whether born in the Camp or outside of it are British subjects and this issue also can safely wait until the restoration of Civil Government.
